The Integrated Barangay Rural Waterworks and Sanitation Association Inc. (IBARWASA) was established in 2009 and is dedicated to provide essential water, sanitation, and related services in some barangays in Ibaan. The four barangays are the following: Salaban 2, Salaban 1, Malainin, and Lapu-Lapu is inside the service area of IBARWASA in Ibaan, Batangas.
